Job Summary: The Customer Response Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the Viewrail HQ, getting them signed in and aligned with whoever they are here to see, and creating a positive first impression of Viewrail as a whole Secondary to that are the duties of answering our customer’s incoming correspondence, mainly phone calls, in a timely manner and then getting them aligned with the proper internal processes. This role is crucial to creating a welcoming and positive experience for all guests from the first interaction. This is an hourly position that is performed full-time in the office at the Viewrail Headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Initiate the first line of customer excellence in an ultra-responsive timeframe
- Greet guests as they enter Viewrail HQ in a friendly and timely manner
- Help guests sign in and connect then with the appropriate individuals
- Offer refreshments to guests while they wait for their appointment
- Assist in building upkeep. Making sure our HQ is presented professionally throughout the day
- Coordinate incoming phone traffic properly within the organization
- Properly determine the customer’s needs by asking key questions and using appropriate and available resources
- Order Status Updates
- Proactive/Outbound calling
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
- Highly organized & excellent time management skills
- Ability to use active listening and critical thinking to assess the customer needs by either providing them the appropriate resource or set them on a path for excellence in a timely manner
- Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and empathy
- Strong bias for customer satisfaction
- Experienced reception skills
- Ability to manage switching quickly between multiple tasks
