Job Summary:
The Sales Support Team Member is responsible for supporting and increasing the efficiency of their corresponding Sales Representative by executing non-customer-facing tasks with the goal of the Sales Representative being able to focus exclusively on communicating and building relationships with existing and prospective clients, especially professionals.

The Sales Support Team Member is responsible for supporting and increasing the efficiency of their corresponding Sales Representative by executing non-customer-facing tasks with the goal of the Sales Representative being able to focus exclusively on communicating and building relationships with existing and prospective clients, especially professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Reading floor plans
- Creating victor layout drawings for both new estimates and revisions
- Completing estimates and preparing them to be sent to prospective clients
- Interacting with Clients as needed to move projects forwarded
- Follow up on getting payments
- Release orders when necessary
- Administrative work on closed orders; coordination with Project Manager
- Data organization in CRM
- Project Quality Control
- All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
- High levels of efficiency, especially as it relates to organization and time management

- Adaptable and flexible in an ever changing environment
- Technologically savvy (Google suite, HubSpot CRM, Victor, Office Dot, VOE)
- High literacy in all communication forms (email, text messaging, phone)
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the building industry
- Previous relevant experience (project management, estimating, administration)
