Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as directed or indicated, working within the scope of your license and certifications.
- Consult with or work under the direct supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for complex medical, pediatric, or psychiatric patients.
- Perform history and physical assessment, behavioral health care support, minor outpatient procedures, patient education, and refer any care beyond the scope of the medical unit to offsite facilities.
- Maintain compliance with DHS and CBP policies and any overriding accreditation standards that may apply.
