The IT Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Vighter’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic planning abilities, and effective leadership skills to support the needs of Vighter and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT environment.Principle Accountabilities : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Vighter's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, storage, and hardware.Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure components to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry certifications.Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and efficiency. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex technical issues, escalate critical incidents and minimize downtime.Manage a team of system administrators and technical support staff responsible for day-to-day IT operations, including user support, system maintenance and troubleshooting.Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives and roadmaps aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Evaluate vendor products and services, conduct vendor assessments, and make recommendations for vendor selection and procurement.Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define IT priorities, allocate resources, and support strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).Other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills : Must have exceptional customer service skills.Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading successful IT initiatives and teams.
