Schultz Collins is a non-discretionary investment advisor registered with the SEC through Hightower Advisors, LLC. What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Client Service Associate who enjoys working with clients, can navigate multiple technology platforms and databases, understands and explains forms and documents, is organized, and has experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are necessary to perform well in this position. Our ideal candidate has a willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge, is comfortable reaching out for help when needed, and performs at a high level under variable workloads. This position requires someone who will be comfortable reaching out to clients and advisors when items need to be addressed.
- Help clients with paperwork and technology needed to provide service
- Support our advisors by setting up client accounts, preparing client deliverables, and addressing client inquiries
- Assist in onboarding new clients and offboarding terminated clients by preparing client files, setting up file structures, gathering documents and inputting information into database systems
- Prioritize and organize workflow, as well as corroborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
- Work with the trading department through the entire trading process, including tracking trades, reviewing trades, administering client cash flows, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining the trading system
- Some basic invoicing and billing as necessary to support our accounting department
- Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Monitor the progress of a variety of projects (client trades, outgoing articles, video production, client onboarding, etc.) and help resolve any issues that may arise
- Facilitate the delivery of client communications and help execute marketing plans
- Assist in administrative duties and office support, including answering phone calls, monitoring email addresses, maintaining database records, scheduling client events, and sorting, filing, printing, binding, or mailing of documents
What You’ll Bring
You have experience in communicating effectively with clients and work well in collaboration with small teams while maintaining autonomy. Your role will involve being precise and organized every day. Being able to consistently track client transactions and ongoing projects is required for this position. You have experience building relationships and forming relationships with personnel, clients, and business partners. You will develop a solid understanding of advisor needs and deliver client-focused solutions.
