Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Manager who will oversee all human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR leadership, a deep understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations, and the ability to implement procedures that enhance efficiency as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and workplace culture.
- Develop training programs focused on safety, leadership, and professional growth.
- Implement policies for compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to PPE and emergency policies.
- Establish and refine HR processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Experience in an industrial, construction, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
