Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of security and monitoring services. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of VigilanteX services and deployments.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate logistics for the deployment and maintenance of Argos and LunaVue units.
- Manage and lead a team of operational staff, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with the technology and security teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize AI-driven insights to optimize security monitoring and operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operational activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of security systems, monitoring solutions, or technology-driven services is a plus.
- Experience with AI-driven solutions is preferred but not required.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must be proficient with technology.
