Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base up to 50% performance-based bonuses

The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Experience Specialist—someone who can turn a demo into an experience and make a complex system feel intuitive. You’ll lead live, high-impact product demonstrations from our Tempe office, showing prospective customers how everything works—from navigation to alert setup—and how it fits into their daily operations.
You’ll be the first real human connection many customers have with our technology—so clarity, presence, and a passion for making things click are key.
What You’ll Do:
- Host live virtual product demos for prospective users across various industries
- Walk customers through features, system navigation, and alert/notification setup
- Tailor each demo to the audience—whether technical or non-technical
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to stay aligned on feedback and feature updates
- Maintain demo environments and keep them polished and up-to-date
- Answer live questions with poise and clarity, ensuring a confident customer experience
What You Bring:
- Experience delivering product demos or onboarding sessions
- Strong communication skills—especially over video
- Ability to simplify complex tools and make them relatable
- Comfort with different audience types—from hands-on operators to execs
- Full-time availability on-site in Tempe
Bonus Points If You Have:
- SaaS or tech experience
- Familiarity with alert systems or dashboard tools
- Experience in the construction industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
