Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension.
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives at our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-cultural teams and global software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software development projects for automotive manufacturing systems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across global locations
- Manage distributed teams across different time zones, balancing onshore and offshore resources effectively
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Drive risk management and issue resolution across complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Manufacturing is nice but not a must have
- Ideally PM s who were developers in the past
- This will be a factory setting similar to Data center
- Certified PMP/SCRUM Master
- Someone who has worked with offshore teams
