Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for our industrial manufacturing equipment, including PLC/HMI programming and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Create electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical
- Assemble electrical system bill of materials
- Develop and implement control programs for industrial PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
- Meet established deadlines through successful project management and scheduling
- Support customers with machine troubleshooting
- Manage electrical department of 7 electricians, fabricators, and panel builders
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering team on design of machine functions and operations
Requirements:
- Programming experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider Electric control systems and software
- 3 years experience designing electrical power and control systems
- Experience with AutoCad preferred
