We're on the lookout for a full-time Fence Installer - Driver, that thrives in an outdoor hands-on environment. Opportunity to earn an hourly rate or piece rate, whichever is higher!
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage materials loading, pick-up, delivery, and installation.
- Keep rental products organized and secure during transportation.
- Record and confirm shipment details through our asset management software.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness.
- Check weather and road conditions before each trip.
- Adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company regulations.
- Complete special projects as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- 50% driving and 50% installation/removal of rental products.
- 6-day per week shift with off-hour availability for special events.
- Labor-intensive position with lifting, reaching, and bending.
- Exposure to all types of weather.
- Lift objects up to 75 lbs. regularly.
- Safely walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary.
