Position Overview:
We are seeking an office admin to join our team here at Viking.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a crucial position to our organization and plays in a key role in our day to day success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via email and phone.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries and redirect as necessary.
- Assist with various office projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in reading and written communication.
- Strong computer and CRM skills.
- Ability to work in an office setting, no remote work available.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email management and multitasking.
