We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team in the secondary packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of packaging solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.Job Duties & Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the secondary packaging market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Efficiently allocate internal resources to effectively execute projects. Thoroughly document all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce), including customer interactions such as visits, demonstrations, calls, emails, and texts. Flexibility to travel to customer locations as needed to support business objectives. Achieve and surpass established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a focus on exceeding annual regional sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company and its offerings. Stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, and / or 5 years' experience in a related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the packaging industry. Strong knowledge of secondary packaging Ability to maintain a high quality of work while presented with competing tasks in a fast-paced environmentOther Misc.
