Qualifications
📌 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
📌 Degree in Accounting preferred📌 Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)📌 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry📌 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities📌 Ability to analyze financial information📌 Strong communication and customer service skills📌 Basic knowledge of accounting principles and general math
📌 Experience processing payroll a plus

✅ Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices✅ Allocate costs to the appropriate GL account✅ Work with vendors to secure available payment discounts✅ Greeting visitors and answering calls professionally✅ Process orders for select production supplies✅ Prepare monthly AP accruals and collaborate with customers and vendors
