Viking Tool & Gage, Inc. is currently hiring for a 2nd & 3rd Shift CNC Lathe Operators for the Production Department. Successful candidates should have 1-3 years' experience with the following:
CNC Lathe Operator Job Duties:
- Performs inspection of machined products, and documents results.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
- Perform daily machine preventive maintenance as required.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Skills/Qualifications: Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Controls and Instrumentation, Supply Management, Tooling, Coordination, Inventory Control, Attention to Detail, Judgment
Experience: 1-3 years CNC Lathe Experience Preferred
