We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners for accurate tracking of inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move heavy items and materials as needed.
- Perform order picking duties to prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with AS400 systems is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes safely.
- Experience with order picking processes and inventory management is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
