SUMMARY DUTIES
As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Team Members, visitors, and guests at Villa Restaurant Group’s corporate office. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage visitor check-ins and maintain the front desk area’s appearance.]
- Manage office supplies and inventory; order and restock as needed.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipping.
- Act as a liaison between the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Distribute company communications and memos as needed.
- Provide support for company events, meetings, and celebrations, including preparation and setup.
- Handle ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the HR or management teams.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and sensitive matters.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Passion for growth, innovation, and expanding brand presence within the travel or hospitality industry
