As the General Manager for Villa Restaurant Group Quick Service Restaurants, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the assigned restaurant(s) located at JFK Airport, Queens, NY. You will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the restaurant team, while ensuring a high level of Guest satisfaction, compliance with company standards, and achievement of financial goals.
What You'll Do :
- Leadership and Team Management :
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a high level of Guest satisfaction by delivering Exceptional Guest Service.
Develop and manage the restaurant's budget.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and financial performance.
What You'll Need :
SALARY RANGE : 70K-80K PER YEAR
