What You’ll Do:
As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational success of your assigned concept. This includes:
- Delivering Outstanding Guest Service: Uphold Villa Restaurant Group’s high guest service standards, ensuring that each customer has a memorable experience.
- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including quality control, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Leading & Developing Teams: Recruit, train, and motivate team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture.
- Driving Sales & Profitability: Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and maintaining operational consistency.
- Ensuring Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security regulations.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role in a quick-service, fast-casual, or food retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment: Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including weekends and holidays).
- Passion: Enthusiastic about the food industry and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.
