Bella Green Latin Sports Bar in Greenville, NC is looking for one bar manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged, has bar experience, management experience, open availability, and weekend availability is mandatory.

Minimum 50 hours per week
Responsibilities

*Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety *Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation *Hire, train, and develop new bar team members *Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner *scheduling *coordinating with entertainment *assisting with food inventory and ordering
Qualifications

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills *Knowledge of bar equipment used *Servesafe certiefication required *Experience in a bar position 2-4 years *Management or team lead experience 2-5 years *knowledge of toast and IOS systems is prefered
