Village Caregiving - Point Pleasant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Red House, West Virginia. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities with clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying.
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and maintain all necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver or related role is preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
