Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Barboursville, WV
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage wage garnishments in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respond promptly and accurately to unemployment claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- File quarterly tax reports and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Support payroll operations, including troubleshooting and maintaining payroll software.
- Aid in the upkeep and optimization of HR software systems to enhance efficiency.
- Possess a level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel which involves confidently using the software to organize, analyze, and visualize data. This includes working with functions and formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, basic math functions), creating and formatting tables, generating charts and graphs, and applying conditional formatting. to clean and organize data within HR software programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless operations and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
- Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll software systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
