We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Trainer to join our small, private equestrian program in Cherry Hills Village on a part-time basis. If you love working with kids and horses, and you’re looking for a hands-on role in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
· Teach riding lessons—primarily to children—in both English and Western disciplines
· Take horses on trail rides using the High Line Trail system
· Exercise and maintain the fitness of lesson horses and member horses as needed
· Assist with scheduling and managing the lesson calendar
· Help coordinate and run summer camps and seasonal club events
· Be available to work after school hours and one weekend day per week
Qualifications
· Experience riding and teaching, especially with children
· Comfortable in both English and Western riding styles
· Confident working with horses of various temperaments and experience levels
· Strong communication and time management skills
· A team player who is proactive, organized, and dependable
· Able to work independently and handle small group lessons or activities
· Must be have reliable transportation
