Village Concepts of Oak Harbor, Harbor Tower Village is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. Our preferred candidate would possess strong communication skills, and be adept at engaging comfortably and courteously with residents, staff, and visitors. Someone with Marketing experience would be helpful!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm
Position Summary:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director
- Track resident charges and record for billing purposes
- Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Assist with answering all incoming calls, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner
- Greet all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a warm and helpful manner
- Timekeeping and payroll support tasks
- Strong computer skills
