- Coordinate recruiting/staffing process.
- Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification.
- Administer new hire orientation.
- Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program.
- Compile and maintain report data as assigned.
