Summary

As a Classroom Teacher at Village Early Learning Center, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our preschoolers. This position is essential for creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes early learning and development, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and fosters social-emotional growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and structured routines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with young children helpful but not necessary.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with parents and staff.
• Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a love for learning.
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting
