Job Description:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers and providers, ensuring seamless communication and ongoing support.
- Regularly visit pediatric dental offices and other provider locations to share information about our facilities and services.
- Plan and execute meet-and-greet information sessions to educate providers about our centers and credentialing processes.
- Develop relationships in targeted areas where new centers are being established, fostering awareness and trust among local providers.
- Deliver engaging presentations to groups and individual providers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our services and the benefits of collaboration.
- Track interactions with providers and ensure timely follow-up communication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop outreach materials and event strategies.
- Organize and oversee networking events to enhance engagement and strengthen professional relationships.
- Analyze outreach efforts to optimize engagement and provider participation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with confidence in addressing groups and individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and event planning.
- Willingness to travel across North Carolina, and sometimes beyond (approximately 25-40% of the time; travel schedule will vary).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or a seasoned professional with proven experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in event coordination, healthcare marketing, or provider relations is a plus.
