Automotive Salesperson – NO WEEKENDS!
*1st year starting salary $35,000 OR commissions; whichever is higher!

Job Summary:
Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
- Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Turns 100% of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.)
- Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Maintains professional appearance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in a Ford dealership
- Good mathematical skills.
- Good language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Keyboard/computer knowledge.
- Ability to reason/problem solve.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Driver’s License
Compensation Range:
- Commission bonuses
Hours:
- Mondays, Thursdays 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
