- Schedule, train and manage employees.
- Strong customer service skills
- Work in temperatures of 0° to -40°, for up to 20 minutes repeatedly during a shift
- Stocks dairy/frozen product in frozen and refrigerated food cases
- Pull or push wheeled vehicles weighing up to 200 pounds.
- Provide verbal & physical assistance to customers and employees.
- Perform mopping, sweeping and general cleaning duties around their work area.
- Maintain product rotation Perform freshness checks and control loss
- Prepare stock and merchandise products.
- Planning and purchasing merchandise for daily, weekly and holiday sales.
- Planning and purchasing to increase Profitability and control Shrink
- Bends and stoops, twists and turns
- Must be available weekends and Holidays
- Operate pallet jacks.
- Operate hydraulic baler
- Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards and policies
- Comply with OSHA health and safety regulations
- Communicates with others in a polite and professional manner.
- Deal effectively with vendors, suppliers, employees and customers
- Discipline employees when necessary.
- Establish, interpret and administer rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
