Assists in the operation of the Ashwaubenon Community Center. Develop and implement senior citizen recreation programs and special events. Provides leadership to achieve the Center's success. Responsible for coordinating marketing functions for the purpose of assuring growth, program development, and sense of community with users of the Center. Assists with identifying building maintenance issues and room set-ups / tear-downs for senior recreation programming. Responsible for facility rentals including event scheduling, facility tours, staff scheduling, policy enforcement, and assisting during any rental issues.
