Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our toddler teaching team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Listen, Learn, Lead, and be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The scheduled hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 9am-6pm with potential to shift earlier in future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support in classrooms for various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.
- Assist with classroom management, lesson implementation, and student engagement.
- Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Drive and assist with the pick-up of after-school children as needed.
- Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the afternoon program.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
