As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
