Brentsville Hall is looking for an Event Sales  Assistant to join our team!! This role will support the Director of Sales & Events!

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and unique Event Sales Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting our Director of Events and Sales. This position involves a blend of administrative tasks, event planning and sales support responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence. Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper execution of events. 

Sales Support: This role requires a candidate who is comfortable and confident in sales-related activities. The ideal candidate will be willing to actively participate in sales discussions, engage with clients, and support the Director of sales in administrative duties. 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality and customer service. Experience in event planning or wedding coordination is a plus!
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable with sales activities and willing to contribute to the sales process. Technologically adept with proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software and POS systems.
