Duties and Responsibilities for the Service Writer/Warranty Specialist:
- Managing and processing warranty claims within a timely manner.
- Review and analyze warranty claims to determine eligibility and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or distributors.
- Work well with our parts and service department.
- Keep accurate records of customer information, product details, and claim status.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on warranty claim status and resolve related issues.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors to facilitate the warranty process.
- Follow up on denied claims.
Required Skills Needed for Service Writer/Warranty Specialist:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
