We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents at Villaspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care in Erlanger, KY.
Job Summary
This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN position that offers competitive pay and benefits. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and overseeing the activities of nursing assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct LPN nursing care to residents with compassion and respect
- Oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure seamless resident care
- Observe, report, and respond to changes in resident condition in a timely manner
- Attend required in-service trainings and educational events to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current Kentucky LPN certification
- Strong documentation skills; experience with electronic health records (EHRs) is preferred
- Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with older adults
