Villwocks Outdoor Living, a family owned, and operated business in Michigan’s Great Southwest is continuing to grow. We are currently seeking an energetic person with a passion for working with financials and in an office environment.
This person will be required to have “whatever needs to be done" work ethic & attitude and be a team player.
Primary responsibilities for this position are the following:
- Manage our POS systems to accounting system flow and prepare retail deposits
- Manage field business management system to accounting system flow
- Manage cash drawers and change
- Prepare all systems for monthly reconciliation by CFO
- Accounts payable
- Floor plan management
- Manage business credit cards reconciliation
- Managing accounting system
- Petty cash and reimbursements
- Sales tax management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to use Quickbooks Online
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized
