Marketing Specialist – HubSpot & SEO FocusLocation: viLogics SWFL Office – Naples, FL (Operations Center) – In-Office OnlyPosition Summary:
viLogics is seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in HubSpot, SEO, and digital marketing to manage and optimize our website, content strategy, and online presence. This strictly in-office position requires hands-on collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and brand visibility in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inbound marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), website management, and marketing automation using HubSpot. Prior experience in an MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity industry is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities: HubSpot Website & Content Management:
- Manage and optimize the viLogics website via HubSpot CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
- Create, edit, and publish SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and marketing emails.
- Develop and implement HubSpot workflows and automation and lead nurturing campaigns to drive engagement.
- Analyze website performance using HubSpot analytics, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
SEO & Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to enhance viLogics’ online visibility.
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads to track and improve website traffic and performance.
- Develop and oversee PPC (pay-per-click) and paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
- Optimize the marketing funnel, ensuring smooth lead capture, scoring, and handoff to the sales team.
- Manage CRM data quality and segmentation within HubSpot to enhance targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media & Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Manage and grow viLogics’ presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Work with the design team to create engaging visual and video content.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and cybersecurity teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Create monthly reports on website traffic, SEO rankings, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Continuously test and improve digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management (preferably within an MSP or IT services company).
- Hands-on experience managing a website with HubSpot CMS and CRM.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Yoast.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
Skills & Abilities:
- Must be willing to work in-office daily—remote work is NOT an option.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for improving website and marketing performance.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for compelling content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT services, MSP business models, and cybersecurity marketing is a plus.
- An advantage is proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and essential graphic design tools.
Additional Requirements:
- This is an in-office role—remote or hybrid work is NOT an option.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Working Conditions & Schedule:
- Strictly in-office position based in Naples, FL.
- Standard office hours, Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours support for campaign launches.
