Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather key information to update the CRM.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
- Scheduling: Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to keep them engaged.
- Reporting: Track and report on all activities and results using CRM software.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Research: Strong research skills to identify potential leads.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the industry or product being sold can be beneficial.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- This is an in-office role—remote or hybrid work is NOT an option.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Working Conditions & Schedule:
- Strictly in-office position based in Naples, FL.
- Standard office hours, Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
- viLogics operates 24/7/365, and occasional after-hours support may be required.
