Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 20 to 25 field team members for inventory of IT devices
- Ensure team is delivering as per the defined goals - reaching sites as per scheduled time, performing tasks within the expected timeframes and defined processes, escalating issues as required promptly
- Build and maintain team roster
- Provide guidance to team on escalation of issues and completion of tasks
- Provide status reports to management team multiple times in a day
- Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to improve throughput Monitor throughput of field operations against expected goals
