Schedule: 7am-4pm M-F with Saturdays as needed

Position Summary: The Porter Manager will manage the Service Porters for Lehigh Valley Honda.
Essential Duties:
- Manage Schedules
- Manage the service drive vehicle flow
- Assist in interviews
- Assist in training, accountability and disciplinary actions as needed
- Manage customer valets and in-house shuttles
- Assist in department growth and success
- Any other needs/ tasks to ensure proper department operations
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Management experience required
- Customer service background
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
