Staff Bookkeeper
MUST HAVE ACCOUNTING AND QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY
Vincent Group Inc. is a full service tax and accounting firm located in Smiths Grove KY. We are searching for an experienced bookkeeper to add to our team.
A qualified applicant will have the following skills:
- Must have advanced knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Office
- Must be familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting practices
- Must be able to perform day to day payroll activities
- Must be able to reconcile bank statements and record payments
- Must be proficient in data entry
- Must be well organized and able to apply attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must have strong computer and communication skills
