We are seeking a trustworthy and honest candidate with excellent references who can take charge and ensure the smooth operation of our Charlotte area home.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Supply Management: Keep a keen eye on household supplies and ensure timely restocking when needed. Maintaining a well-stocked home is essential!
• Errands and Groceries: Take charge of running errands and grocery shopping, ensuring that the household is well-provisioned at all times.
• Organizing and Plant Care: Maintain a tidy and organized living space, and lovingly care for indoor plants.
• Home Maintenance Oversight: You'll be the liaison between the homeowner and maintenance workers. Coordinate and oversee home maintenance tasks as required, ensuring that the residence is well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
• Light Housekeeping: Take pride in ensuring the home stays neat and clean, with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Simple Home Maintenance: Handle basic home maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter replacements to keep things running smoothly.
• Other Duties: There may be additional responsibilities to be determined as the role evolves, providing an exciting opportunity for growth.
