Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Assist with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while following instructions closely.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
