Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree and/or professional HR certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with HRIS management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to lead and influence change in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and support business growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement
- Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
- Design and implement initiatives that promote a positive work environment, high employee engagement, and foster a culture that reflects our values of excellence
- Manage employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and ensuring resolutions align with company policies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee wellness initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce
