The Restoration Estimator is the leader of a restoration team and is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the team. The restoration team consists of a Restoration Estimator, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Construction Crew. The ideal new team member will be extremely skilled at managing and understanding the entire disaster restoration process from start to finish for multiple types of losses, be capable of supporting a strong team environment, be proficient with Xactimate, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will be truly passionate about serving the community and helping customers through difficult situations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Control the customer experience and standards of customer service
• Perform site inspections
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates, using Xactimate software
• Communicate and build partnerships with adjusters
• Communicate and build partnerships with Property Managers and Owner Associations
• Navigate the complexities of HOA / HO6 combined coverage claims
• Obtain signed contracts to secure projects
• Assist in developing schedule and budgets
• Oversight of the repair process
• Monitor and maintain efficiency and profit margins
• Ensure quality control

Additional skills to be considered:

• Thorough understanding of the mitigation process and ability to write mitigation estimates.
• Thorough understanding of the mold remediation process and ability to write remediation estimates.
• Solid understanding of cleaning and deodorization practices.
• IICRC Certifications.
• Experienced with the Dash, job management system.
• Xactimate Certification.
• Ability to procure and develop relationships with subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of the contents restoration process.
• Established industry and subcontractor relationships.

Desired Experience:

* Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
