Next Generation Summer Intern (40 hours)
SUMMARY
We are seeking aspiring leaders who are excited to invest in the Next Generation at Vineyard Cincinnati. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing ministry and desires to gain experience working alongside an intentional staff team. Opportunities will be given to lead, plan, and execute ministry gatherings and events. We look forward to investing in our interns and preparing them for whatever path God leads them into for their future through an established development plan and regular coaching meetings. Must be 18 or older.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in weekly team and all staff meetings
- Serving in weekly/weekend programming will help utilize personal gifting and grow through new opportunities of leadership
- Plan and support summer events and retreats
- Follow VCC’s established policy and procedures, to ensure safety and responsible engagement with children and students
- Complete all training topics for personal leadership development
