Part time Front Desk Receptionist – Vineyard Ranch at Temecual
Vineyard Ranch at Temecual provides assisted living and memory care services is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Concierge to become an integral part of our team at Summerfield of Encinitas in Encinitas, California.
The position is 15 to 25 hours a week with a varying schedule
Job Description/Requirements:
· Customer service attitude with a positive outlook on life
· Be able to speak, read and write the English language and follow Company policies and procedures
· One (1) years’ customer service is a plus
· Ability to answer multi-line phone
· Versatile in multiple computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task
· Experience in a healthcare environment and with the elderly preferred
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
