Overview:
vineyard vines is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all acquisition and retention marketing efforts. This role will drive customer growth, revenue, and efficiency across online and offline paid channels such as paid search, paid social, affiliate, direct, out of home and emerging media channels, while also ensuring seamless integration with CRM and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and innovative, with a strong background in retail growth strategies, media buying, and performance optimization. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape vineyard vines’ growth strategy, drive measurable results, and expand the brand’s customer base across all performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a full-funnel strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Oversee all paid media channels including paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), programmatic display, affiliate marketing, and CTV/digital video, linear TV, out of home and direct.
- Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize ROAS, LTV, and new customer growth.
- Ensure a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, and attribution modeling.
- Partner with CRM & Retention Marketing to ensure seamless audience segmentation and maximize retention strategies across email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Work closely with Retail, E-commerce, Analytics, and Creative teams to optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and campaign messaging.
- Align performance marketing efforts with brand marketing and merchandising to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Own and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and continuous optimization.
- Establish clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, etc.) and implement A/B testing and multi-touch attribution models to refine targeting and messaging.
- Provide leadership with ongoing reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize media investments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers, media buyers, and agency partners.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, testing, and continuous learning.
- Identify new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance performance marketing capabilities.
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, multi-touch attribution, and performance modeling.
- Proven success in scaling digital acquisition and improving retention strategies.
- Ability to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term brand-building initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.
- Passion for digital innovation, emerging media, and testing new growth strategies.
