JOB SUMMARY:
The Internal Service Advisor will be responsible for recording all repair information in DMS for vehicles based on the inspection reports from quality control. Remote support acceptable with periodic travel, less than 25%, on site to ensure accuracy of work.
Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Create, update and close repair orders to track work complete on vehicles.
- Create purchase requests to pay for sublet repairs or 3rd party services
- Increase general productivity for the VDC by supporting technicians and parts operations
- Daily reporting of repair completion statistics
- Track all vehicles through the maintenance and repair process

Position Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- 3 automotive service experience
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
- Must possess a valid driver license
