">Role Description: In this role, you will work closely with residents to develop personalized plans that promote independence and self-advocacy. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, which may include administering medication and completing documentation.
Schedule and Benefits: This position requires a schedule of Sun-Wed, 10 pm-8 am, and offers a competitive salary of $20.00/hour. Additionally, we offer a New Hire Sign On Bonus of $3000, paid out in three installments: $1000 upon completion of 30 days, $1000 upon completion of 6 months, and $1000 upon completion of 12 months. Our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
